David Almeida

Based on Long Island, New York, I am a photographer with twenty years of professional experience in the heritage sector. My formal training was in traditional analog photography with a focus on medium and large format. My professional experience has predominately consisted of digital photography using high-end digital equipment and software to create accurate, quality digital images. Additionally, I have extensive experience with photo editing and retouching. My work has been published in journals and magazines such as Architectural Digest, HyperallergicAntiques and Fine Art magazine, The Art NewspaperOud Holland, and in various publications for MoMA, Wolfsonian-FIU, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Planting Fields Foundation, and The Cultural Landscape Foundation.

I have held full-time and consultant photography positions at:
